Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, “our” refer to Neervi Creations, and “you”, “customer”, “user” refer to the visitor or buyer using this website.
By using our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Exchange Policy, and Refund Policy.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to display our products, colours, polish, finish, size, and design details as accurately as possible.
However, due to:

- mobile display settings
- monitor calibration
- photography lighting
- device resolution
the actual product colour, shine, and finish may vary slightly from the images displayed on the website.
Colour may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
Such minor variations shall be considered normal and shall not be treated as a product defect.
Minor differences in polish tone, texture, handcrafted detailing, and finish are inherent to imitation jewellery and do not qualify as damage, wrong product delivery, or manufacturing defect.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
We reserve the right to modify prices, offers, discounts, or product availability at any time without prior notice.
Payment methods may include:
- UPI
- debit / credit cards
- net banking
- wallets
- COD (where available)
Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation or COD confirmation.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Placing an order does not automatically confirm acceptance.
We reserve the right to:
- accept or reject any order
- cancel any suspicious or fraudulent order
- cancel orders due to stock unavailability
- cancel pricing / listing errors
- refuse serviceability to certain pincodes
In such cases, prepaid refunds will be processed within a reasonable time.
Orders can be cancelled by the customer only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours to 2–3 working days.
Delivery timelines depend on courier partners and destination.
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- courier partner delays
- natural events
- regional disruptions
- public holidays
- unforeseen logistics issues
6. Return, Exchange & Refund
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.
Please note:
- damaged / wrong product claims require mandatory unboxing video
- exchange for design preference is subject to product being unused
- refunds are applicable as per policy terms
7. Product Usage & Care
Our jewellery is imitation / fashion jewellery and should be used with proper care.
Please avoid contact with:
- perfume
- water
- chemicals
- sweat
- soap / lotion
Improper usage resulting in damage, discoloration, or breakage shall not be eligible for return or refund.
This clause helps reduce post-purchase disputes.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including:
- images
- product photos
- logo
- brand name
- text
- descriptions
- graphics
belongs exclusively to Neervi Creations.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, copying, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Neervi Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products or website services.
Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the product purchased.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Burhanpur / Madhya Pradesh.
