Refund policy

At Neervi Creations, every product is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure the best quality experience.

Returns are accepted only in case of damaged product received or wrong product delivered.

Exchange is also available if the customer does not like the design or product after receiving it, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

1. Return / Exchange Eligibility

  • Returns are applicable only for damaged product received or wrong product delivery
  • Exchange is possible if the customer wishes to exchange the design/product after delivery
  • Request must be raised within 2 days of delivery
  • Mandatory unboxing video is required for all damaged / wrong product claims
  • For exchange requests, the product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact

Claims without clear unboxing video evidence will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange in case of damaged / wrong product claims.

2. Exchange for Design / Preference

If you do not like the design, look, or styling of the product after receiving it, exchange is possible.

However, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product must be unused and unworn
  • No scratches, damage, perfume marks, water exposure, or signs of wear
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Product must be sent back by the customer to our return address
  • To-and-fro courier charges for exchange will be borne by the customer

We do not process order-related queries on Instagram DM, Facebook Messenger, or any other contact number/email.

Please do not dispatch the product back without confirmation from our team.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Return / exchange courier charges will be borne by the customer
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • Reverse pickup cannot be arranged unless the product received is damaged or incorrect

6. Refund Policy

Applicable only for prepaid / online payment orders

Refund will be processed to the original payment source after product verification.

Please allow:

  • up to 10 days for processing
  • additional bank time for amount reflection

7. COD Orders

For COD orders, refund to bank account is not applicable.

You will receive:

  • a coupon code equal to the product value
  • valid for 30 days

8. Sale Orders

Products purchased during sale / discount / promotional offers are non-refundable.

However, exchange is possible subject to stock availability.

9. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is possible only before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation cannot be accepted.
