At Neervi Creations, we strive to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible.
1. Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are usually processed and dispatched within 48 hours to 2–3 working days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment / COD confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during festive sale periods may require additional processing time.
2. Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier serviceability.
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
- Tier 2 / Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 working days
- Remote / Rural Areas: 5–10 working days
Please note that these are estimated timelines and may vary.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
Any COD charges, convenience charges, or express delivery charges (if applicable) will also be shown during checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared on your:
- registered mobile number
- registered email ID
- WhatsApp (where applicable)
Customers can track the shipment using the provided tracking number.
5. Delivery Delays
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- courier partner operational delays
- weather conditions
- public holidays
- regional disruptions
- festivals / high order volumes
- serviceability issues
Delivery delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances shall not be grounds for cancellation once the order has been dispatched.
This line is very important legally.
6. Incorrect Address / Contact Details
Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details including:
- full address
- landmark
- PIN code
- mobile number
Neervi Creations shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Any re-shipping charges due to incorrect address / non-contactability shall be borne by the customer.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier partner is unable to deliver the parcel due to:
- customer unavailable
- phone unreachable
- refusal to accept
- incomplete address
the shipment may be returned to us.
Re-dispatch charges for returned parcels shall be borne by the customer.
8. Lost / Damaged Parcels in Transit
In rare cases where the parcel is lost or visibly tampered during transit, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery status update.

9. International Shipping
Currently, shipping availability for international orders shall depend on serviceability and order confirmation.
Applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges shall be borne by the customer.
